Cohort 01 · Schedule

Four Live Sessions. Each ships a working artefact you take home.

Sixteen seats per session. Founder-led. Central London with remote seats available. Each session is built around an engagement the founder has shipped to production — see the leadership profile for the underlying work.

Sittings are scheduled to cohort demand rather than to a fixed public calendar, which is why the cards below carry no date. Fees are scoped to the format and the organisation rather than published as a list, and are quoted in writing by email before anything is confirmed. Reserve a place and the founder replies with the date and the fee — you are never committed to either before you have seen them.

Date confirmed at booking · 16 seats · 09:30–17:30

Production RAG: Beyond the Tutorial

Hybrid retrieval (dense + sparse), semantic caching, query routing, citation integrity, and the evaluation gates that keep a production RAG service auditable. Built around the founder's hybrid-RAG platform across 10M+ legal documents at AskSolique.ai (38% accuracy boost, sub-3s P95 latency).

What you leave with

Each workshop is engineered around a deliverable. Not theory; a working artefact.

  • Live Sessions: a single, deployable code artefact you ship to your environment by end of day.
  • Cohort Tracks: a reviewed final project that becomes a portfolio asset, plus a track-specific certificate.
  • Corporate Intensives: a one-page recommendation memo plus the founder's direct line for follow-up questions for 30 days.
FAQ

The questions we get asked before booking

Who teaches the workshops?

The founder, Dhanu Nagarajan, AI Systems Engineer, seven years of production experience, concurrently Founding AI Engineer at AskSolique.ai. Full profile. No third-party trainer. No franchised curriculum.

What's the difference between a Live Session and a Cohort Track?

A Live Session is a one-day deep dive on a single topic, you walk in, you ship a working artefact by end of day, you walk out. A Cohort Track is an eight-to-twelve week structured programme with a reviewed final project, weekly office hours and certification.

Can my company sponsor my seat?

Yes. We issue itemised invoices addressed to your organisation, with the applicable tax treatment stated on the invoice and confirmed in writing before any payment is taken. Most attendees on the professional rate are reimbursed by their employer.

What's your refund policy?

Full refund up to 14 days before the session. 50% refund 7–14 days before. Beyond that, transfer to a future session is available. Cohort Tracks: full refund up to the cohort start date.

Do you offer remote attendance?

Live Sessions are London-first; remote seats are available at the same investment level, with a recording-only option for those who cannot attend live. Corporate Intensives can be delivered fully remote.

How selective is the Cohort Track application?

Twelve places per cohort. We look for production engineering experience (or equivalent), a clear reason for joining, and evidence of shipping. Bursary applicants compete for two reserved places. Cohort 01 is the first intake under the Huntley Cross Labs brand, so prior-cohort acceptance statistics will be published in retrospect, not forecast.

Are sessions covered by training budgets / employer learning allowances?

That depends on your organisation’s own training policy. We can provide a brief confirmation letter for your employer's records on request.

What if my team needs a topic that isn't on the public schedule?

That's the Corporate Intensive product. We build the agenda around the problems your team is actually facing. Email us with the topic and we'll come back within one business day.
