Execution-Centered Development
Fellows join focused workstreams where technical delivery, documentation quality, and decision support are continuously reviewed.
Our fellowship and internship path is a capability pipeline, not a placement campaign. Advancement is earned through verified output.
Fellows join focused workstreams where technical delivery, documentation quality, and decision support are continuously reviewed.
High-performing fellows are considered for longer-term engagement where the need aligns with advisory and delivery priorities.
Participants move forward only when each stage meets explicit operating standards.
Deliverables accepted and peer review threshold met.
Track-specific technical problem solved under review.
Contribute to real internal or simulated advisory execution.
Formal assessment for internship, fellowship, or hiring consideration.
We evaluate based on operator behavior and outcome quality, not participation volume.
Each path is application-only, cohort-based, and led by the founder. Cohort sizes are small, not a feature, a constraint.

Foundation is an entry-level eight-week project programme with a small application fee and a portfolio-grade final project. The Fellowship is twelve weeks of selective, paid, founder-led work alongside real client engagements. Top Foundation graduates are invited to apply for the next Fellowship cohort.
Twelve places per cohort. We look for production engineering experience (or equivalent), a clear reason for joining, and evidence of shipping. Bursary applicants compete for two reserved merit-based places.
Founder review of every application, a written response within ten working days, and (for shortlisted applicants) a 30-minute interview. Investment is scoped on the call against your background and the cohort path you are applying for; bursary support is available for under-represented applicants on merit.
Foundation is a non-employment study programme, no visa sponsorship. The Fellowship is paid via stipend and project work. The Practitioner Apprenticeship is a paid full-time engagement; sponsorship is considered case-by-case for exceptional candidates with prior right-to-work clarity.
Cohort 01 dates are confirmed at offer. Outcomes will be published here once Fellows graduate, with named destinations and Fellow consent. We do not publish anonymous testimonials or invented placement statistics.
Sponsorship for an applicant is fine; the application is in the applicant's name. We issue itemised invoices addressed to the sponsoring organisation, credit the audit fee against tuition on acceptance, and provide written confirmation for sponsor records on request. The applicable tax treatment is stated on the invoice and confirmed in writing before any payment is taken.
Application fee: refundable only if we cancel a cohort. Tuition: full refund up to the cohort start date. After kickoff, refunds prorated to delivered weeks for documented withdrawals (medical, family, work). No questions asked in the first week.
Foundation and Fellowship applications are reviewed weekly. Apply early; cohort spaces close on a first-strong-application basis.
